What kind of bean is cylindrical shaped, tan colored? - bean colors games

I brought a bag of beans, which my daughter was a supplier of food handled. (Sorry, not asked what they were) you will see the same color as lentils and soybeans, but they are elongated / cylindrical. Does anyone know this?

Navy beans. You can only beans from the north. Or more like any other bean, too!

I would say the beans ... they make a delicious soup!

OK, I had to bring tons of people to cook, so this recipe is perfect! but if you divide all the numbers 6, for a little party for 4 more, you have a delicious winter soup!

White Beans and Kale Soup

Roughly 24 cups cabbage (finely chopped or kale, chard and spinach), stems.
¾ cup olive oil
5 cups chopped onion
Garlic 1 / 3 cup
12 potatoes, peeled and cut into ½ inch cubes
5 cups finely chopped carrots
24 cups vegetable broth
100 ounces beans (soy / marine / kidney / Great Northern, etc.), cooked, drained and rinsed
6 c. Tea. Salt
2 tablespoons of tea. Pepper
Low 1 / 3 cup lemon juice
