Local Delights
In the months from October to March, locally caught lobster California is available. They have no claws, but the tail meat is firm, sweet, tender and sweet. This Crustation worldwide are looking for. Another tidbit is locally caught Pacific swordfish. From early summer to early fall mid-term, we bought swordfish are caught with harpoons. The fish are observed, then mount the fisherman, "" the fish to stay to fish with a harpoon. The fish is then brought on board and cleaned immediately to preserve the quality of the meat. During the harvest, not a problem with this type of fishing. The fish were selected, harvested and sold on the same day.
